Halloween Fest at the Randall Museum is ON

Thursday October 22, 2015

In case you were worried that the Randall Museum’s awesome, annual Halloween Fest may not be going on due to their construction…worry not! It is ON.

Halloween Fest will happen on Halloween this year, Saturday, October 31st, at the Museum’s temporary location at Mission Arts Center. It’ll run from 10am to 2pm. If last year was any indication, I recommend you get there early.

We had such a blast last year — the animal exhibit turns into a spooky Twilight Forest and stands set up all over the museum offer games, pumpkin carving, face painting, and (tiny Bean’s favorite) manicures. All the kids bumbling around in half-dressed Halloween costumes (“Mommy, no hat! NO HAT. It’s ITCHY.”) combined with live music made the scene just this side of absolutely, OH MY GOD adorable.

Entrance is free and each of the stands costs around 50 cents. It was an awesomely fun way to celebrate Halloween with a little kid.
