On SF Travel: Your San Francisco Neighborhood Shopping Guide

In my quest to get anyone who visits SF to venture out of the Union Square-Chinatown-North Beach-Fisherman’s Wharf tourist zone, I figured it might be nice to actually explain what’s going on in the rest of SF and why I want you to go there. And, of course, tell you which buses, trains, streetcars you’ll need to get there.

Each of San Francisco’s neighborhoods has a very distinct personality. Are you currently wearing Chuck Taylors and a studded bracelet? Let me point the way to the Haight Ashbury. Or, maybe you prefer your clothes come in cashmere with fine tailoring. Say hello to Pacific Heights. There’s something for everyone!
