I’m signing off a day early this week. Yay, self-made four day weekend! What are all your labor day plans? With BART’s transbay tunnel closed, and traffic expected to be nightmarish, and Burners away for the time being, Dave and I are planning a luxurious weekend with the city all to ourselves.

So, yes, BART trains won’t be traveling between SF and Oakland this weekend. A “bus bridge” will be in effect, though. Plan accordingly.
Muni Forward is moving along. Expect to see increased service on the 9R, 21, 43, 24, 57 and 1 bus routes later this month. Additional service will also be implemented for the K/T metro lines.
