For those of you who fill up your days with SF Rec classes, and have been struggling to figure out what to do all summer without the usual bevy of options, relief is on the way! The fall 2015 catalog is just out, with tons of classes for toddlers, kids, teens, and adults. YES!
Registration will be on August 1st at 10 am. Here’s my primer on how to actually get into some of the more popular classes.
I’ve been debating whether to take a class of my own this fall. There are a few different DSLR photography classes that could be fun (hmmm…”Intro to Night Photography” sounds especially cool), but now I’m also kind of intrigued by the watercolor classes. For the fitness buffs out there, SF Rec also has a variety of pilates, yoga (including prenatal yoga!), zumba, and Adult Boot Camp classes.
Honestly, the depth of the catalog is a little overwhelming. What’s caught your eye?
(A reminder that the Randall Museum (and its art and pottery classes) has temporarily relocated to the Mission as the museum undergoes construction. That will either make things easier or harder for you, depending on where you live.)
