Taking A Sick Day

Well. I’m sick, and I’ve also got myself one angry toddler.

Do you mothers out there remember the first time you got sick after having a baby? That’s a milestone no one tells you about. That sinking, dawning realization that you’ll never have a sick day again in your entire life. No taking shots of Nyquil and wrapping yourself into a blanket nest on the sofa. Oh no.
