San Francisco Leaves

When I moved here, I felt much like a 4 year old learning how the world worked.  The Oscar red carpet shows come on in the morning, and the State of the Union is in the afternoon? Wait, what about New Years Rockin’ Eve? You all watch a recording of the Times Square ball drop? California beaches are too cold to swim in? You just look at them? What happens to leaves in the fall? Do non-evergreen trees get confused and stay green all year?

Leaves do change color here in SF, but only about one or two trees per block. The others stay green. Weird, huh?
