The fog broke in the Inner Sunset for an afternoon last week, and so a friend and I finally ventured over to check out the 16th Avenue Tiled Steps Project on our way to Grand View Park. What you the photo can’t capture, though, is the insane view as you climb the steps — totally unobstructed all the way to the Pacific.
