It doesn’t feel like I’ve officially kicked off summer in San Francisco until I play hooky to go to a Giants day game.
Just like last year, Bean drank her weight in pink lemonade. New this year, Bean’s first quiet, stunned words were: “mommy, why’ssa big teddy bear on the field.” That would be Lou Seal. She’s still convinced it’s a 6 ft teddy bear come to life, no matter how much I tried to explain “mascots” and “just a person wearing a teddy bear costume.” Actually, it’s kinda more fun her way.
