We are really only getting through this heat wave by hitting up San Francisco’s beaches and pools, daily.
Here is a handy map to help you figure out your closest public pool or beach.
Beach parking lots are open until 10pm. (Check out the Golden Gate Recreation Area site for rules on campfires, access, and dog use.)
Pools have free swimming times as well as scheduled classes. Figure out your closest pool, then check out SF Rec for hours. If you’d like to take a class, check out their latest class catalog (classes fill up very fast).
